Talks and Workshops

Nutrition and Breathwork Themed Talks/Workshops

Talks and workshops can be given in person or online. Talks/workshops usually run for an hour – 45 minute talk/workshop plus 15 minute Q&A. They include practical advice and tips which can be implemented immediately, and supporting materials will be provided. Full or half days may be booked for 1:1 sessions with multiple employees.
